Verify Your Identity
Real people only. No exceptions.
Complete at least Level 2 verification (selfie + liveness check) to appear in search results. Level 3 (government ID) earns you a Fully Verified badge and priority ranking.
Verification is progressive — you're never forced to submit ID before you're ready. But verified profiles get dramatically more attention, and for good reason.
AI Finds Your Matches
ANZ-first. Explained in plain language.
Default search covers Australia and New Zealand. Every suggested match comes with 2–3 sentences explaining why you two might work — not a fake percentage, a real reason.
AI also learns from your behaviour. Who you linger on, who you skip. Over time your suggestions get better without you having to do anything.
You can also browse yourself and send a personalised interest note — 2–3 sentences about what caught your attention.
AI Vichola Makes the Introduction
Nobody has to approach anyone cold.
When two people match, AI sends a structured introduction to both — surfacing shared values, asking an opening question. Neither person has to stare at a blank message box.
After a match, the woman has 72 hours to send the first message. She's never flooded with unsolicited messages. She decides the pace.
If either person is nervous, they can ask AI to handle the initial back-and-forth entirely — answering questions on their behalf, escalating to them via notification when needed.
Chat, Then Call, Then Meet
Every escalation is soft, scheduled, and mutual.
Text chat comes first. AI offers "Help me respond" on any message — drafting three replies in your voice.
After some conversation, either person can suggest a voice call. Not a direct call — a scheduling request. Both agree on a time. AI sends pre-call talking points to both of you.
Video calls follow the same pattern. A "Family Join" option lets a family member join the last 10 minutes if both sides agree — the digital version of the formal introduction.
Once both people are comfortable, they mutually agree to exchange real contact details. Platform steps back. You carry on.
